“Prestige” MR Grade Plywood is moisture resistant interior grade plywood made from high quality hardwood veneers and is bonded with superior grade Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) resin. This gives our plywood strong enough to resist warm water up to 8 hours and can be used in hot and humid climatic conditions. BWR Grade Plywood
“Prestige” BWR grade plywood is a preservative-treated, water resistant plywood, manufactured from select hardwood timber as per IS: 303 – 1989 specifications. It is made from selected hardwood veneers and is bonded with extended superior quality Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) Synthetic resin with the Pre-Press Technology. The superior bonding strength of the BWR-type Synthetic resin adds extra durability making it ideal for use in water applications. BWP Premium Grade Plywood
“Prestige” BWP Premium Grade Marine Plywoods is an exterior grade plywood specially made from selected species of timber and bonded with unextended BWP grade Phenol Synthetic Resin Adhesive which are processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even after 72hours of boiling. All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The manufactured Boiling Waterproof plywood (BWP) is given chemical treatment in a vacuum pressure impregnation (VPT) process which makes it highly resistant to attacks from fungi, termites and other insects. This Marine Plywood comes with IS:710-2010 and is guaranteed for 18 years against borer attacks.

All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The manufactured BWP quality plywood is given chemical treatment in a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPT) process. The result is a Boiling Waterproof Plywood that is highly resistant to attacks from all types of micro organisms and extremely severe weather conditions. This Marine Plywood comes with IS:710-2010 and is guaranteed for 20 years against borer attacks.

Calibrated Plywood
“Prestige” Calibrated plywood is manufactured using a two-way pressing system. Assembled core veneers are pressed in a hydraulic press and then sanded in the imported calibrated machine where the uneven thickness of the core veneer becomes flat after sanding. After getting a uniform size panel, it is laminated with a gurjan face veneer and again sanded with a wide belt sander to get the perfect finish. Prestige Calibrated plywood is ideal for the lamination of mica. Calibration is done for the plywood with both IS:303 and IS:710 specifications.

Fire Retardant Plywood
