Flush Doors
“Prestige”flush doors are manufactured from a composite construction of Solid Timber components which consist of a block board core of wood strips laid edge to edge and bonded with cross bands with the latest technology. It is made of a single select hardwood species and bonded with Boiling Water Proof synthetic Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) adhesive. Its hardwood frames provide strength for fitting of hinges. The flush doors are chemically treated and processed from kiln seasoned wood and are guaranteed against warping,bulging, shrinkage, brittleness and cracks.

Construction
- Core: The solid blockboard core of Prestige Flush Doors is made out of well-seasoned hardwood.
- Cross band: are from B.W.P grade Veneers.
- Face Veneers: Thicker face veneers are used to get more strength and rigidity.

(c) B.S. Teak faced: We also manufacture both sides Teak faced Flush Doors. - Frame and lipping: All battens used for frames and lipping are from well-seasoned hardwood.
- Single-leaf/double leaf: Prestige Flush Doors are supplied either as single leaf or double leaves. The rebate cutting is either splayed type or square type.
- Openings: Prestige Flush Doors are also supplied with openings for vision panels or louvers, rectangular or circular as required.

Prestige Flush doors are manufactured with excellent quality raw materials. Regular tests are being carried out from our well-equipped laboratory to give constant quality. Strict inspection is carried out before and after manufacturing to ensure quality.
Should, however, any manufacturing defect become apparent in our products we undertake to replace the defective materials free of cost.

“Prestige” Moulded Panel Skin Doors are manufactured using Imported High Quality High Density Fibre (HDF) skins. Our major collaboration with all leading branded skin manufacturers in the world gives you access to the entire original collection available in the variety of styles, finishes and textures. These moulded skin doors offers superior design, comprehensive workmanship and highly durable quality. We use only 100% borer resistant,Vaccum Pressure Treated (VPT) finger jointed frames in the production process which is a highlighting feature of these skin doors. Various designs on other HDF skins are also available on request.
PVC Moulded Membrane Doors
“Prestige” PVC Moulded Membrane Doors are manufactured from Routered Solid Flush doors (Double Core) and cladded with Imported Rigid PVC Membrane Film of varying designer shades. These doors are zero maintenance doors and are ready-to-use the door with no additional polishing or varnishing or painting required Also comes with a choice to have PVC laminated on both sides of the panel or a single side as per requirement.
